Marie Jacquot

First Kapellmeister and deputy of the GMD Mainfranken Theater Würzburg

Little was left to be desired due to the transparency of the score in its individual parts, the vibrant access, the resilient lightness and the light-hearted feel of Romanticism. The thrilling presentation and brisk drive of Reger and Mendelssohn and intertwining of esprit and musical joyfulness without plump virtuosity made the evening a delightful experience.
