From his highly successful recordings to his critically acclaimed live performances, Tony Vincent is a force to be reckoned with. He first gained recognition with the self-produced hit single "Love Falling Down," which led to a recording contract with EMI Records. Vincent went on to create two highly praised solo albums, and star in the Broadway hits "RENT," "Jesus Christ Super Star," "American Idiot," and "We Will Rock You." He also performed with Queen (the band) at Buckingham Palace, for an audience that included Queen Elizabeth, over 1 million live viewers and 200 million television viewers.
Vincent continues to write, produce, and star in a dynamic range of projects, both as a solo artist and under the band moniker Mercer. He won the support of Cee Lo Green and television audiences worldwide as a contestant on the popular NBC television show The Voice. He was also widely praised for his recent starring role in the revival of Randy Newman’s "Faust: The Concert," a one-night-only musical-theater adaptation of Goethe’s “Faust” at City Center in New York City as part of their highly acclaimed series, Encores! Off-Center.
