Ankush Kumar Bahl makes his New York Philharmonic debut this Saturday, March 7 at 11:00am, at David Geffen Hall. He will lead the Philharmonic’s first children’s benefit concert Fun at the Phil: Sleepover at the Museum. Bahl will conduct a family-friendly program of Saint-Saëns’s Carnival of the Animals and Karen LeFrak’s Sleepover at the Museum featuring Jamie Bernstein, daughter of Leonard Bernstein, as narrator.

Bahl’s recent and upcoming debuts and return engagements include Detroit Symphony Orchestra, National Symphony Orchestra, Omaha Symphony, Orchestra of St. Luke’s, Hawaii Symphony Orchestra, Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra, Orchestre National de France, and the Orquesta Sinfónica Nacional de México, Richmond Symphony, Virginia Symphony Orchestra, and Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra.
